04 Deposits and Payments

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

08 Prohibited Conduct

09 Suspending or Closing an Account

• At the player’s request, including a voluntary account closure
• Prolonged inactivity: an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant

If an account is closed because these Terms have been breached, MERRYPH may hold any remaining balance while the matter is reviewed. If the closure is unrelated to a breach, including a voluntary closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player’s registered mobile wallet.

10 Privacy and Data

MERRYPH gathers and handles personal information under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accessing or using MERRYPH, you agree to the collection and use of your information as explained in that policy.
